Recently, the first LNG skid-mounted station independently designed by Southwest Oil and Gas Company was completed and put into operation in Ziyang, Sichuan. It can process 100000 cubic meters of natural gas per day and produce approximately 66 tons of LNG.
The station recycles natural gas in a skid mounted manner, which has the characteristics of small volume, convenient installation, and high production and transportation efficiency. By using LNG skid-mounted devices, natural gas can be liquefied on-site, effectively reducing the emission of natural gas during trial production, solving the problem of remote wells being unable to collect and transport natural gas through pipelines, and promoting the development and utilization of remote wells. The LNG produced by this skid-mounted station will be used for automotive fuel, factory point supply, and urban gas replenishment, to assist in ensuring people's livelihood, storage, and peak shaving in surrounding cities.
